Stopped by our local joint with some friends today and found their ribs were really on target. The brisket was a bit dry, but the bark was superb with excellent smoke flavor.

Don O. BBQ: I love barbecue. I always wanted to spend some vacation time sampling the best BBQ joints in Texas. In 2005, my friend Scott and I started doing just that and we've been doing it every year since. We call it the "Calories and Cholesterol Tour".
