Scott was having BBQ withdrawal symptoms so we met up at Roy's to cure his shakes. I got my usual brisket, ribs, twinkie, and pork belly burnt ends. Everything was up to snuff except for the ribs. They were tough and chewy.
We were almost the only customers in the dining room at 2:30 pm, so there's a clue for future visits.
