Last week I stopped by to help them with their brisket biscuit challenge and added on one pound of brisket. The brisket was so excellent, I decided to repeat that today. Once again I was lazy and didn't go by until a little before 1 pm. Once again, there was no line, but today they had everything still available. What was I to do? I bet you can guess. The pork belly bites were amazing, as always, but the brisket seemed to have a little less smoke flavor than the pound I got last week. The jalapeno cheddar sausage also was not quite as fiery as our last purchase from there. Nonetheless, there will be some good eating from our fridge in the days ahead.
