Ah, yes, back to my favorite spot in the BBQ universe. Everything was as wonderful as it always is. The brisket was moist, tender, with great smoke flavor. The ribs were perfect tenderness and chin-dripping juicy. Just perfect ribs. The link had decent spice and the perfect moisture content within a snappy casing that was an easy chew. That's why I come back here again and again, because I love their BBQ.
