Another of our standard stops Southeast of Austin though I have to say they seem to have slipped a bit in recent samples. The ribs and sausage are still great, but the brisket does not seem to have the deep smoke flavor it used to have.  On this trip the brisket was a bit under cooked and took a little tug to pull apart.  Once again, many reviews and photos from this place earlier in this blog.
